Qualifications of the Community Liaison

• 3-5 years experience in healthcare sales or related field; experience in home care preferred
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as a positive, professional business image
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to utilize multiple cloud-based systems
• Degree in Marketing Management, Sales, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• Ability to travel throughout our covered territory between Anoka, White Bear Lake, and Chisago offices

Key Responsibilities of the Community Liaison

• Develop and maintain all referral source relationships with key accounts
• Identify new relationship opportunities to promote business growth
• Represent Comfort Keepers and communicate our Mission, Values, and Why to potential referral sources within the community at events, introductory calls, and meetings
• Perform new networking / sales calls to assess relationship possibilities
• Inputs contacts and clients into CRM software
• Coordinates community education presentations
• Meet with prospective clients and families on Comfort Keepers services
• Develop a Plan of Care for clients keeping the client involved in daily activities
• Performs client care coordination activities to ensure the quality and level of care provided meets client needs
