We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, such as inspections, inventory, and staff performance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
