Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations at our establishment. The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the premises. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Duties: - Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations - Ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards - Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in good working condition - Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front desk, to ensure smooth operations - Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including room occupancy, maintenance requests, and lost-and-found items Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping management or a similar role is required - Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, industrial cleaning methods, and custodial practices - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards - Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff - Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and regulations - Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff Please note that all positions at our establishment are paid positions.
