Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service throughout their stay. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
