As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Provide information about the restaurant, including specials and promotions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall operation of the restaurant

Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest services
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
