Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during overnight shifts. This is a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our hotel.

Responsibilities:

- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily guest accounts and charges

- Verify and balance all revenue-generating transactions, including room charges, cash payments, and credit card transactions

- Prepare daily reports summarizing financial data and occupancy statistics

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Assist with check-in and check-out processes as needed

- Maintain the security of guest information and adhere to all privacy policies

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Handle phone calls and inquiries during the night shift

- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
