Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: repairing machinery, equipment, or systems; troubleshooting issues; and conducting preventive maintenance

- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and ensure smooth operations

hen necessary-

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times

Experience:

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including the ability to read schematics and blueprints

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and management

- Basic electrical knowledge is preferred

- Ability to perform basic welding and fabrication tasks is a plus

-Experice with a motel maintence person is a plus.
