Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with night audit duties to ensure exceptional guest experiences during all hours of operation.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide excellent customer service
- Check guests in and out, handling payments and issuing room keys
- Answer phone calls, make reservations, and respond to inquiries
- Perform night audit procedures including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure the security of the property during the night shift
- Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues promptly

Skills:
- Experience in hospitality management or hotel operations
- Proficiency in night audit processes and hotel management systems
- Strong guest service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of front desk operations, phone systems, and guest relations
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus to cater to diverse guests
