Comfort Inn by Choice Hotels is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Salida, CO

Front Desk Agent

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and other requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of front desk operations and hotel procedures
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services and resolve issues effectively
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is desirable
- Multilingual skills are an advantage
