What you'll be doing :

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
• Provide transportation for errands and appointments
• Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

What we're looking for :

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification would be preferred
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus
• A negative TB skin test or chest x-ray is required
• Drivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)
• Dementia / Hospice including end-of-life experience a plus
• A minimum of one year of documented experience required
• Pass a drug test and background check
• Hospice including end-of-life is beneficial.

Immediate Shifts are available in Avon, Simsbury, & Granby areas including surrounding towns. We will consider your availability and preferred locations when setting up your schedule.
