Responsibilities:
- Provide care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions
- Implement behavior management strategies as directed by a nurse or supervisor
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in your care
- Drive individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings
- Engage individuals in social activities and promote socialization skills
- Prepare meals and assist with mealtime routines

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals as needed
- Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and adherence to HIPAA regulations is desired
- Background in social work or related field is beneficial
