Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including administrative reports, claims processing, and customer service.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage inventory levels and order new products as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet market demands.
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage store operations efficiently.
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Familiarity with dry cleaning processes preferred.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory managerment, and financial reporting.
