Comerica Bank is Hiring a Supplier Relations Manager Near Livonia, MI
Successful incumbents have organizational, customer service/client focus, problem solving, and time management skills. Incumbent must possess supplier management experience and be detail oriented.
- Serve as the primary contact between business unit clients and key suppliers.
Handle all escalated customer service and Service Level Agreement (SLA) complaints/issues. - Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) involving the suppliers and business unit clients as appropriate.
- Ensure supplier is adhering to Comerica's supplier governance processes and policies.
- Define and manage performance metrics used to measure effectiveness.
- Ensure supplier and operations has controls and procedures in place essential to satisfy all regulatory requirements (e.g., GLBA, SOX, privacy, etc.).
- Maintain all compliance, audit programs required for suppliers.
- Ensure all required regulatory reviews are completed according to schedules.
- Manage all third-party risk questionnaires and necessary resulting actions.
- Ensure critical suppliers performing disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
- Develop financial plans, forecasting models and ongoing collaboration with Finance to ensure targets are achieved.
- Negotiate supplier agreements to ensure Comerica's interests are protected
- Ensure all changes are properly vetted and communicated through Comerica's change management process.
- Lead various reporting and administrative functions that support payment operations such as user certifications, financial controls, management reporting, metrics dashboard, capacity plans, capability matrixes, etc.
- Detail Oriented
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR equivalent experience
- 8 years of operational experience
- 3 years of experience in data analytics, measurement skills, and process improvement
- 3 years of experience in audit, regulatory, and operational risk, and compliance
- 2 years of experience in strategic, influence, and project management
- 2 years of experience working with supplier contracts and supplier management
- 2 years of experience managing large complex financial plans/budgets
