We are seeking a Technical Writer for a 6-12 month REMOTE contract.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Search Engine Optimization framework in ServiceNow
- Make continuous improvements to Search Engine Optimization in ServiceNow
- Audit of current knowledge content to ensure findability
- Utilize HTML coding to create content style and functionality
- Design user experience and develop business requirements to enhance knowledge management
- Identify special techniques to improve content findability
Job Requirements:
- ServiceNow administration
- Experience with ServiceNow administration and SEO
- Ability to teach search engine optimization to others
