Job Summary
The Reliability Engineering team will provide end-to-end production support for Enterprise Applications. Engineer will be tasked with supporting Frontend, Middleware and Data Management Systems, including customer, care, billing, provisioning, activation, authentication, and transaction processing, location service Customer Care and Technician's applications. As part of team, you will be responsible to support critical systems/applications that are customer-facing and care centric where employees use in their daily work activities to provide the best possible experience to our customers. The member of this team must work closely with application owners and build an excellent working relationship with team members. The member of this organization needs to have a strong knowledge mix of both technical and business flows to support applications/ platforms, as well a strong focus on customer experience. For this role we are looking for passionate people with a strong business sense and good technical skills. This role provides you with an opportunity to gain deep insight into the actual world of Enterprise operations support.
Job Description
What You'll Do:

• Programs new software, web applications and supports new applications under development and the customization of existing applications.
• Edits and reviews technical requirement documents.
• Evaluates and plans software designs, test plan and technical manuals.
• Understands engineering methodologies, concepts, and their application in specified engineering specialty.
• Fosters and encourages a culture of clear and precise communication, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.
• Focused on best-in-class reliability engineering and operations methodologies
• Analyzes and determines integration needs.
• Evaluates and plans software designs, test results and technical manuals.
• Programs new software, web applications and supports new applications under development and the customization of current applications.
• Edits and reviews technical requirements documentation.

• Works with Quality Assurance team to determine if applications fit specification and technical requirements.

What You'll Need:

• Knowledge of Python/R programming, machine learning concepts, mathematical concepts, statistics, SQL, Python libraries used in ML.
• Knowledge in Apache Spark is preferred.
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Preferred Proficiency in any coding/scripting language: Python, Java Programming language, angular, node.js. and databases (MySQL, Cassandra).
• Highly collaborative with a strong work ethic.
• Displays knowledge of engineering methodologies, concepts, skills and their application in the area of specified engineering specialty.
• Displays knowledge of and ability to apply, process design and redesign skills.
• Displays in-depth knowledge of and ability to apply, project management skills.
