Job Summary

Supports implementation of local events for the Florida region including event sourcing, assets, collateral, and execution.

Ensures proper implementation of event marketing and communications programs to all stakeholders. Supports development and implementation of in-person, offline, online, and direct marketing programs to generate leads and sales.

Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Supports local events in the Florida region including event sourcing and scheduling, logistics, and execution which may include attendance at events across the Comcast Florida footprint.
• Assists with the development and distribution of event-related items including event assets, scheduling of pooled resources, signage, collateral, premiums, visitor engagement resources, etc.
• Works independently and collaboratively with division / HQ partners and outside vendors on creative design elements, production, event promotions and sponsorships.
• Assists in pre- and post-event summaries and assessments of event results including visitor engagement, sales, leads and operations.
• Provides expense estimates, coordinates payments and tracks marketing spend.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel to events as needed including overnight stays when required.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
