```
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants.
- Screen and process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks.
- Collect rent payments and manage delinquencies, including initiating eviction proceedings when necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and ensure timely completion.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including financial transactions and tenant communications.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
- Knowledge of property management software (Yardi, OneSite) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage property operations.
- Ability to negotiate lease terms and upsell additional services to tenants.
