About The Program Manager Role:
The Program Manager will work to ensure that Dotcom Distribution maintains all of its commitments to our multi-channel clients and operates in a manner consistent with being recognized as a premier operations partner. This candidate will facilitate the mutual respect and effective communication vital to this process while maximizing Dotcom Distribution revenues and ensuring that the highest service standards are met. The Program Manager owns the relationship with assigned clients and is responsible for the ongoing health of the partnership. A key responsibility will be to proactively monitor and manage client’s activities related to accurate forecasting, promotional activity, daily shipments, and inventory management. The Program Manager will also project manage key initiatives related to clients’ channel expansion and new store openings while assisting in the development of a strategic operations plan within the distribution center.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent voice-of-customer within the fast fast-paced multi-client distribution center
  • Ensure accurate forecasts are being provided by client partners continuously monitoring changes and promotional activity
  • Monitor clients inventory levels for the purpose of assisting with product lifecycle management
  • Monitor and report any issues related to KPI adherence within various departments of the warehouse
  • Understand, monitor and report on client requests considered to be out-of-scope based on their Statement of Work and draft change requests when appropriate
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and effective communications
  • Proactively communicate information across all internal and external partners
  • Effectively manage client communications including weekly status calls, monthly reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Address all service escalations to ensure that they are properly communicated
  • Assist in the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures for client partners
  • Create and manage Project Plans to ensure all tasks are completed according to scheduled deadlines
  • Become an expert in navigating Dotcom’s Reporting Tools and provide training to client contacts
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional services growing Dotcom’s revenue with client partners
  • Assist in pricing evaluations and contract renewals

Requirements:

Experience working directly with clients preferably in a service organization

  • Ability to manage complex projects
  • Ecommerce and/or B2B logistics/distribution/supply chain experience is a plus
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Must be able to analyze data/metrics and turn into actionable opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively work both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficient with all MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Experience with CRM applications such as Jira or Salesforce

Required education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • The ability to be a key member of a cross-functional team

A successful candidate will be required to report to our location in Edison, New Jersey once or twice a week as needed.
