Reporting to: Head program management & fulfillment, DS&S Group
Role: Responsible for DS&S Group Program Operations, which includes several areas of activities: contract management, fulfillment, finances, risk management and operations
Areas of Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibilities include group operations covering expense / budget management, fulfillment and contracts / vendor management.
- Contract management: Define requirements, define and document process, workflow , stakeholders and templates for DS&S contracts management. Get it approved by our client's legal department. Educate sales, marketing, consulting, labs services, professional services and support team on the approved contracts, process and templates. Drive execution and ensure compliance. Manage contracts end to end, including in our client's back-office systems. Collaborate with legal department for legal approval and compliance. Conflict resolution among various stakeholders.
- Fulfillment: contribute to DS&S Group Licensing, Entitlement and Fulfillment System project and activities.
- Finance: define program operations budget and expenses, provide regular budget, cost and expenses update
- - Risk management: identify potential risks for the program operations, classify them based on criticality. Prepare back-up plan to mitigate, reduce or eliminate risk or recurrence.

Education: MBA

- Over 10 years experience in IT industry, software, hardware, services.
- Experience of software and services contract management
- Experience of relationship with vendors, clients and partners
- Experience of software licensing, entitlement and fulfillment
- Experience managing and optimizing a department operations
- Experience collaborating with legal department
