Dispatcher – Opportunity for Rapid Growth 

ARS/Columbus Worthington Air is seeking a few INCREDIBLE people to join our Dispatching Team that is known to set the standard for Customer Support and Dispatching. 

The strong multi-tasker we select will answer customer calls within a busy office setting and schedule technician appointments for jobs. In addition to entering customer data into a computer, this professional will provide feedback to customers regarding service queries, make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for maintenance agreements, and manage the dispatching board with organization and efficacy. 

Responsibilities

Multiple Shifts Available! Our Call Center is open between the hours of 7am - 9pm, seven days a week.

Qualifications

Skills we are seeking; 

• One or more years of experience as a dispatcher. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to direct technicians by radio and tracking devices. 

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments. 
• Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. 
• Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals. 
• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word. 
• Knowledge of the local geographic territory. 

• Willingness and ability to work rotating evenings and weekends.
