The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$135,000 benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The Benefits Program Manager administers benefits programs such as self-insured health and welfare plans, retirement plans, wellness programs, and leaves of absence. This role serves as subject matter expert, analyzes benefits plan performance, develops strategies to enhance employees’ understanding and utilization of AV benefits programs, and strives to maximize return on investment. This position requires strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow through, strong teamwork and collaborative skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple benefits projects with competing demands in a growing organization.
