Columbus Public Health is seeking an individual to work in our Addiction Services programming. This position is responsible for managing 3 pillars of the Columbus and Franklin County Addiction Plan (CFCAP), specifically prevention and education, data analysis, and public safety. This position will co-serve as an outreach and engagement officer, strategic advisor, and analyst for CFCAP; produce and analyze reports for the Administrator and Health Commissioner's Office and provide trainings on integrated health and the disease of addiction in the community.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, participate, and report on CFCAP coalition partner interactions and meetings. Analyze and disseminate resource information for and from CFCAP coalition members and community to provide up-to-date data, appropriate agency linkages, comprehensive partner program coordination. Follow-up and follow-through on identified, resulting in meeting program deliverables in a timely manner.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute annual International Overdose Awareness Day events, and other developing signature events, working with CFCAP and community organizations.
• Coordinate emergency overdose surges and outreach response with internal and external partners. Activate the CPH overdose surge response in the absence of the Addiction Service Division Administrator.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree and four (4) years of professional experience researching, analyzing, and making recommendations, OR providing consultation to management on fiscal or operational matters, or matters pertaining to public or business administration. Substitution(s): A master's degree may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.

Pay: $74,755.00 - $93,413.00 per year
