```Job Summary```
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Activity Aide to join our team. $500 Sign on Bonus As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and implementing engaging activities. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for working with seniors.

```Duties```
- Assist in planning and organizing daily activities for residents, including games, crafts, and social events
- Provide one-on-one support to residents who require additional assistance
- Encourage resident participation in activities and promote a sense of community
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating transportation for outings and appointments
- Help residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for residents
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in senior care or related field preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and memory care techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to empathize with seniors and understand their unique needs
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage schedules effectively
- Experience in event planning or coordinating social activities is a plus
- Familiarity with aging issues counseling is beneficial
