• Email new patient paperwork.
• Review schedule for issues and errors.
• Prepare Laser Center reports including Conversion and Retention
• In charge of Laser Center scanning to ensure it is scanned in a timely manner
• Daily opening and closing, including all preparation of exam and treatment rooms according to physician preferences.
• Assists with any insurance pre-authorizations with the insurance company and communicates with patients regarding this.
• Escorts patients to exam rooms in order of appointment times.
• Obtains history and vital signs as required by patient’s chief complaint and will update patient’s medication list as necessary.
• Sets up exam room according to scheduled procedure or anticipate physicians needs if non-scheduled procedure is likely.
• Educates the patient regarding treatment plan and proposer of use of medication after the physician has established the treatment plan.
• Completes follow up calls for patients post treatment.

• Experience with a variety of lasers.
• Ongoing advanced education regarding knowledge of skin and skin care
• Experience with Botox and filler injections.
• Has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude
