Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide the guest with excellent drinking experience for Columbia Woodlands! Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
