What we're looking for:

- Catering or restaurant experience is preferred. Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn are equally valued!

- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills to craft memorable guest experiences, demonstrating courtesy and attentiveness in every interaction.

- Proactive and adaptable team players who can follow instructions with precision and work independently when needed.

Your tasks will include, but are certainly not limited to:

• Assisting in the meticulous setup and preparation of event spaces and tables, paying attention to detail for impeccable presentation and sanitation, all while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Welcoming guests upon their event entrance, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, and guiding them seamlessly to their designated locations.
• Understanding and adhering to the sequence of service, supporting fellow staff to ensure guest satisfaction when needed.
• Learning the menu, understanding and communicating nightly changes, while providing recommendations tailored to guests' tastes and dietary preferences.
• Staying on your feet to gracefully handle trays and dish racks.
• Working closely with our Chef and Wedding Coordinator to deliver seamless and exceptional service.
• Presenting menus and assisting guests in selecting the perfect food and beverages.
• Taking and serving orders with flair and finesse.
