Join our team at Burrell's Youth Community Services in Columbia, Missouri, as the Director of Youth Community Services, where you will serve as a liaison for the Youth CPRC program to area providers and other outside referral services. This exciting opportunity will include spearheading new program development and growth throughout the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Youth CPRC (Community Psychosocial Rehab) services

Hire staff for the department

Develop and provide new employee trainings

Participate in the quality assurance process by preparing and presenting cases and chart reviews

Education and Experience:

Masters Degree or licensed professional (LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, LPC, PLP) with experience in mental health

Previous supervisory experience

Extensive knowledge of treatment planning and crisis intervention
