Accountabilities Include:

• Participate in operations/departmental planning
• Set and track department daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Grow vendor relationships and coordinate product training
• Provide on-the-job training for parts department staff
• Ensure the quality of customer service provided by parts department
• Meet and greet walk up customers in the retail store
• Compile and analyze monthly management reports
• Maintain tight control over parts inventory through cycle counts and monitoring the receiving of inbound packages
• Reconcile and report shortages and/or damage
• Calculate and submit monthly obsolescence reports
• Create Schedules for department coverage
• Coordinate parts marketing
• Attend weekly manager meetings

Education, Experience and Work Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a store management leadership role in a retail environment.
• Pre-employment background and drug screening
• Valid Drivers' License with a clean driving record

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve great success
• Mentoring, coaching and development skills
• You must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, holidays and special events
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office programs including -- Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as the ability to learn proprietary programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
