Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HR functions within the organization
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and champion a culture of safety
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
• Develop and implement training programs for staff
• Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies

Qualifications
