Performance Marketing Lead/Manager:

Position Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and nurture demand for our industry-leading zero-trust and microsegmentation solutions. You will leverage your expertise in paid advertising platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Display networks to reach a targeted audience of enterprise decision-makers influencing demand generation and demand capture strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns across all lead funnel stages via LinkedIn paid, Google and Bing paid search, display ads, and technical SEO.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful digital campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and improve our marketing strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient utilization of resources across various marketing channels.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across digital channels, leveraging A/B testing, multivariate testing, and user behavior analysis to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and conversion funnels for maximum conversion efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify high-potential keywords and search terms relevant to our industry, products, and services, leveraging tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
  • Lead the implementation of technical SEO best practices, including website structure optimization, internal linking strategies, and sitemap management, to enhance search engine crawling and indexing efficiency.
  • Implement on-page optimizations, including metadata optimization, URL structure improvements, and schema markup implementation, to enhance search visibility and click-through rates.
  • Monitor website health and performance metrics using tools like Google Search Console, identifying and resolving technical issues that may impact search visibility and rankings.
  • Implement advanced SEO tactics to enhance search engine result page (SERP) features and internationalization efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm updates, conducting regular analysis and benchmarking to inform strategic decision-making and continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and interpret SEO and paid media data and metrics, generating actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance, improve organic search rankings, and drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Assess the influence of paid search, paid social, and SEO on Content Marketing and Public Relations.
  • Understanding how paid search and display ads influence organic search visibility, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving demand generation initiatives for B2B SaaS and Cybersecurity organizations would be a plus
  • Expertise in LinkedIn paid advertising, Google and Bing paid search, display ads, 
  • Expertise in keyword research and analysis, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, to track and measure campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Flexible to work with teams based in India and the United States
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution models and ROI analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Be proactive and self-starter leading key initiatives
