Primary responsibilities

• Promote club philosophy “Honor, Passion, Excellence”

• Organizational Leadership: short- & long-term training planning & strategy development for individual players and for the team

• Communicate and maintain relationships with parents, coaches and with the DOC of the club.

• Provide quality coaching sessions for the players

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, coaches and players

Qualifications

• Minimum USSF D License (C License preferred)

• Background Check & Safe Sport Certification

• 2 Years of coaching at competitive youth level or higher (1yr considered)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proactive approach to work as an individual coach and in a team setting

Full description

United SC, established in 1986, has a vibrant history in the region. The club has experienced 40% growth in the past 5 years. 400 players and approximately 30 teams in the u9 thru u19 age groups, with teams participating in every CSA division including the state’s top level Premier Leagues. The Head Coaches primary purpose at United SC is responsible for coaching and developing the individuals and the team that you will lead. The Head Coach must buy into the club philosophy "Honor, Passion, Excellence". Inspiring, motivating and working with players and managing parents is instrumental. The ability to recognize and solve problems within the assigned area of responsibilities and using sound decision-making skills will be required throughout the season. Management and organizational skills that will make soccer fun, enjoyable and impactful is part of the team's culture.

Primary work location is at: Loveland Sports Park, 950 N. Boyd Lake Avenue, Loveland, CO 80537

This is a contract, salary (monthly) position.- Coaching gear and training equipment will be provided by United SC. No other benefits, visas, travel/commute allowances, or moving expenses are available. Salary will be dependent on previous coaching experience and license(s).
