BENEFITS:
As the inaugural Director of the Office for Administrative Services for Independent Agencies (ASIA), your leadership will pave the way for how this department will shape the future. From ideation to execution, your guidance will be instrumental in fostering excellence within an array of complex sectors. Specifically, this includes budget, accounting, payroll, and human resources support services to 5 smaller independent agencies (The Office of the Child Protection Ombudsman, The Independent Ethics Commission, The Office of Public Guardianship, The Commission on Judicial Discipline, and Bridges of Colorado) and payroll and human resources support services to three larger independent agencies (The Office of Alternate Defense Counsel, The Office of the Child’s Representative, and the Office of Respondent Parents’ Counsel). As a result, in this role, you will have the exciting opportunity tonavigatecomplex matters and administrative functions/issues related to child welfare, adult welfare, mental health, and regulatory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborative Excellence: Establish and nurture connections with the independent agencies the ASIA Office serves, stakeholders, and the Colorado Legislature, ensuring alignment and mutual growth.
