Description

Colorado Academy is seeking highly motivated, professional school bus driver/relief driver applicants. Responsible for safely driving a school bus, abiding by all rules and regulations set forth by Colorado Academy and Federal and State Governments. This is a 12-month position with non-student days off (approximately 30 hours per week).

They must be able to maintain safe and proper student conduct during route. They must also accurately prepare and submit all necessary records and reports, perform pre and post trip inspections and clean buses for every shift. Candidates must be willing to provide office assistance as required. If interested, please come ready to be part of a professional, team-oriented, hard working atmosphere.

Requirements

• Driving safely is most important qualification
• Minimum 21 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Must possess a current Colorado CDL Class B – SP2
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet school safety standards
• Must pass Department of Transportation physical exam
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, and state fingerprinting requirements for licensed programs
• Being a highly motivated team player with professional attitude is necessary.

The pay range for this position is $24.50 per hour.
