  • Maintains a high standard of service and hospitality at all times.
  • Trains new employees.
  • Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Some front desk or guest relations experience preferred;
  • Full time position; must be available to work every weekend, Sundays, and evenings.
  • Ability to handle cash handling duties;
  • Flexibility to include availability on short notice;
  • Excellent public contact and organizational skills;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to (1) handle guests' complaints; (2) work well under pressure; (3) stand for long periods of time; (4) act and react quickly in a professional manner; (5) handle paperwork efficiently
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.;
Must be available to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical requirements include, but are not limited to: (1) performing heavy cleaning; high and low dusting; (2) transporting objects weighing up to 60 pounds; (3) a great amount of walking in all types of weather and (4) lifting, standing and bending up to 8 hours daily.
