Job Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia
Pay Rate: $17/hr
Schedule: Part-time 25-30 hours per week
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Admin to join our team. The Operations Admin will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our security company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Admin will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client accounts, service agreements, and operational procedures. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist in managing resources such as personnel, equipment, and vehicles to ensure optimal deployment and utilization.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Assist in conducting audits and assessments with to ensure adherence to standards.
- Assist in running orientations for new hires
- Collaborate with other departments such as human resources, finance, and sales to support overall business objectives and ensure alignment of operations with organizational goals.
Additional HR/Payroll Duties:
- Assist in HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and assisting with payroll processing.
- Monitor employee time and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Assist in payroll processing tasks, including data entry, reviewing timesheets, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and assisting in the implementation of compliance initiatives.
