Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Security Ambassador. In this dual role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service while also assisting with security measures to protect our premises and assets. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and possesses strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance as needed
• Monitor premises to ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and assets
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the facility, reporting any security concerns or incidents
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues effectively and courteously
• Assist with access control, checking credentials and ensuring only authorized individuals enter restricted areas
• Collaborate with security team members and management to implement and enforce security protocols and procedures
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently, following established protocols and providing assistance as needed
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date on security best practices and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or security preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Basic knowledge of security systems and procedures
• Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
