Enmarket’s Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all network and IT related equipment at Enmarket stores. The Field Technician will be assigned a district and will be the main point of contact for assistance with all store level technology including POS, surveillance video, phones, and network services. JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES Required to manage proper inventory for installations, repairs, and maintenance service requests.Preventative maintenance is required for each site on a quarterly basis.Database backups required annually for each site.Must be customer friendly and customer focused with both internal and external customers.Will need the ability to work with 3rd party vendors (money order vendors, lottery vendors).Responsible for collaborating with construction teams of new stores and/or store renovations to ensure a successful installation or update of network gear, back office equipment, and POS equipment.Ability to work with heights (may be required to use ladders, climb on roofs, work in ceilings/attic-like spaces).Must be willing and able to work indoors and outdoors.Proficiency with PC and office equipment is required.Technicians will be expected to operate POS software as to be able to adjust ports settings on the POS system, re-initialize pinpads, remotely reboot credit server, etc…Technician should be familiar with POS software tools and be able to troubleshoot reporting issues, change fuel pricing, add employee’s to RSM.Hardware exchange/swap should be manageable with minimal assistance from mgmt. i.e.. POS terminals, Panther fuel controllers, pinpads, money order, check machine, and phone card machines.Technician should be able to manage his/her own daily schedule and prioritize calls.Rotating on-call responsibilities with 24/7 access will be expected.Travel is required within assigned district; some extended travel will be required as needed.Availability after hours and weekends for emergency work orders as needed.Other duties as assigned.
