**Job Summary:**
Come join our team at the all new Colonial Hyundai, Chevrolet, Cadillac. We are family owned and operated and looking to grow our sales department. Every employee at our dealership is part of the team that makes us sucessful! The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales and providing exceptional customer service. As a Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales, upselling, and supporting the sales pipeline, all while providing A service to our customers.
**Duties:**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Provide information on pricing, financing options, and paint protection
- Close sales deals to meet targets
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve goals
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field
- Strong mathematical skills for pricing and financing calculations
- Ability to manage the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple leads and customers
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Experience in outbound sales and managing a sales pipeline
- Knowledge of sales support tools and techniques
