JOB OVERVIEW

As a Medical Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa facility. You will manage a team of spa professionals and ensure exceptional customer service. Your role will involve administrative tasks, project management, medical practice record management, staff management, integration of new client services, sales management, and creating a relaxing and welcoming environment for our clients.

DUTIES

- BILINGUAL - ENGLISH & SPANISH IS REQUIRED

- Manage and supervise med spa staff, including nurse practitioners, estheticians, massage therapists, and receptionists

- Develop and implement med spa policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Schedule staff shifts and manage employee time off requests

- Train new employees on med spa services, products, and customer service standards

- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the med spa facility

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies to increase med spa revenue

- Conduct regular performance evaluations for med spa staff

EXPERIENCE

To be successful in this role:

- BILINGUAL - ENGLISH & SPANISH IS REQUIRED

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Medical Spa Manager or Assistant Medical Spa Manager

- Strong sales management skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training med spa staff

- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing products and services

- Excellent organizational and administrative skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
