What We Are Seeking

Our office is looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding team of Insurance Producers, Personal and Commercial Lines CSR's. We are currently seeking a full-time Commercial Lines CSR. This person will be responsible for interacting with our current clients and new prospects, assisting the commercial lines producers with completing applications, processing policy change requests, assisting in filing of claims, and staying in touch with our clients and answering any questions our clients may have.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate insurance quotes.
• Provide ongoing support to our insureds as needed.
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of our insureds over the phone.
• Provide policies to our insureds and answer any questions regarding their policy.
• Assist Producer with completing renewal and new business applications.
• Complete evidence of insurance requests.

• License: Property & Casualty (ANY)
