Please note: This is a part time role at 28 hours per week.

About you

Strong client relationships are important to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to everything you do.

You're a dependable self-starter who will perform non-technical light maintenance, housekeeping, occupancy and custodial duties.

In this role, you will

* You effectively assist the Maintenance staff, Engineer and company vendors as needed.

* Successfully observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment - promptly reporting all that requires repair.

* Effectively reporting all safety hazards or conditions requiring outside vendor services

What you'll bring

* High School Diploma or GED

* 1 - 2 years' experience

* Effective communication skills

Bonus Skills and Experience

* Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems (CMMS)

* Experience with painting, drywall, and light carpentry
