Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for a Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the historic 26-unit apartment community of St. James Apartments located in Downtown Portland. St. James Apartments features studio-style accommodations with close proximity to shopping, local eateries and nightlife.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements.
The Property Manager will be required to live onsite in a studio apartment with a monthly discount on rent and select utilities paid for by the property.

Location: St. James Apartments (Downtown Portland)
Hourly Rate: $24-$28/hr.
Schedule: FT, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5PM
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 hrs.
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend.
