Shift is Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 2:00pm About you You’re a dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic who has a positive, customer-centric approach to your work. In this role, you will… Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, and property during the day. Assist the Building Engineer and company vendors as needed. Successfully observes appearances and conditions of premises and equipment – promptly reporting all that requires repair. Effectively reporting all safety hazards or conditions requiring outside vendor services What you’ll bring High School Diploma or GED 1 – 2 years’ experience Effective communication skills Bonus Skills and Experience Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems (CMMS) Experience with painting, drywall, and light carpentry #LI-CH1 #LI-onsite Make your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.
