Collier Car Care Center is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Naples, Florida. Collier Car Care Center provides the highest quality automotive services to its customers and is changing the way people think about auto repair. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers and building long-lasting relationships.

The Service Writer is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and selling recommended services and repairs. Service Writer's will greet and consult customers on their needs, while providing value-added recommendations and education on our services. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to always go the extra mile!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure customer receive prompt, courteous, and effective service either in-person or by phone
• Act as point of contact between technicians and customers
• Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to enable technicians to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses and possible changes
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness

• Automotive knowledge with at least 2 years of working experience as a Service Advisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
