College Park Physical Therapy, located in Overland Park and Olathe, Ks, is actively seeking a Referral Coordinator to join the team. This is a very active and outward facing position with the purpose to help nurture existing relationships and build new relationships with our community resources and referral offices.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Liaise between the administrative team, clinicians, and referral sources.
• Responsible for monitoring referral trends and working to support any needs with the offices referring.
• Problem solve and find positive solutions in areas that need assistance.
• Generating new community leads that could benefit from our companies' services.
• Delivery of clinical paperwork for efficient communication between offices.
• Delivery of any promotional or educational information to our community resources.
• Creating new or updating existing promotional pieces.

Qualifications:

• High affinity for others.
• Must be a great listener and communicator.
• Results oriented, utilize production metrics.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible to actions based upon current company need.
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds, walk distances while at times carrying items between offices and car.
• Medical office experience and public relations preferred.
