Job Description:

Colleague is currently seeking for a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager in the Dallas area. Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager be working for an upscale landscape company. This would be a full-time, direct hire opportunity. The Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the landscape maintenance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, team management, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage a team of landscape maintenance technicians, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties

· Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans for residential and commercial properties

· Monitor the quality of work performed by the maintenance team and ensure client satisfaction

· Manage budgets, inventory, and equipment related to landscape maintenance operations

· Coordinate with clients to address any maintenance concerns and provide excellent customer service

· Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field a plus

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques and best practices

· Knowledge of local plant species and their maintenance requirements

· Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

· Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
