Job Details

About the Role:

  • The Reporting Analyst plays a crucial role in driving business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports.
  • This position serves as a task lead to plan and design analysis, execute plans, and oversee the development of enhanced reporting.
  • The Reporting Analyst also provides input on complex reports and presentations based on data analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Brief analysis results and recommendations to executives, managers, and subject matter experts
  • Develop solutions to problems and prepare products according to customer requirements
  • Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and abstract high-level information into details
  • Document requirements based on design, feasibility studies, and functional process specifications
  • Adjust rapidly to shifts in priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and mentor junior Reporting Analysts

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

Required Skills:

  • 5 years of experience in reporting analysis or data management
  • Strong research and investigative skills
  • Proficiency in programs
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • They should also be able to handle multiple customer service demands and provide positive customer service to internal and external customers.
