What You Will Be Doing

• Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with a narrower impact in Loan Workout.
• Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.
• Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating findings, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
• Manages stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.
