About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled AI and machine learning expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques to technology solutions.
This role will involve working closely with an advanced engineering team and executive leadership to design, prototype, test, and implement solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Work on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures
• Fine-tune large language models using custom content
• Articulate and document solutions architecture and lessons learned
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams
• Implement end-to-end ML/NLP systems from development to deployment
• Experience with relevant machine learning/deep learning frameworks such as Pytorch
• Work in a distributed team and communicate across geographic boundaries
• Experience with cloud environments
• Knowledge of Rust is a plus
  Education Qualification:
• BA in Computer Science or related field (Master's Degree preferred) Required Skills:
• Expertise in ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, NLP, and Transformer architecture
• Experience in deploying LLMs, embedding models, and sentence transformers in production
• Thorough knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles 4.
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design 5.
