The System Administrator will serve as a resource for Colibri Group's employees for ongoing technology needs.

Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of the System Administrator is to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, and networks. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure and end user hardware runs smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll do

• Addressing day-to-day business requirements.
• Providing support for tier 3 escalations with our MSP, SecOps, CloudOps and the business. 
• Handling various projects and unforeseen tasks.
• Contributing to the 2024 Road Map initiatives.
• Responding to security incidents.

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• SSO Integration Knowledge 
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems. 
• Experience with Office 365, Azure and Active Directory.
• Experience working with an outside MSP is a plus.
